You're interested in mysticism, magic and the culture of the Irish. You are spiritual, but not staunchly religious. You are curious and compassionate. You are a nature lover and physically active. You have some experience with introspection and journeying inward. You love to celebrate and make new friends, although you may not always make enough time for it. You long to prioritize adventure, spark, community, intimacy, friendship and connection.

This retreat involves strenuous physical activity, including hiking, stair climbing, dancing, breath work etc. 

Some activities may cause emotional activation. Resourcing will be taught.

We need to understand mental health history to assess our ability to hold space appropriately. 

Our attendees are letting go of the energy of blaming and victimization. 

We are each learning to take responsibility for our own emotional experience. 

We have done inner work and have awareness of the need to move through triggers in a healthy responsible way.
